Most women who come to us aren’t struggling or lost. They’re doing well in their lives, holding a lot, managing a lot, and doing it with care. But there comes a point where things feel full, and they recognise the need for space before it becomes too much. You don’t need to be at breaking point to benefit from stepping away for a few days.
If you’re simply craving a break, without wanting to analyse or “work on yourself,” you’ll feel at ease here. This isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about having the space to breathe, to think if you want to, or not think at all. Time spent in a calm, steady environment, alongside women who understand that sometimes a pause is enough.
There is a gentle rhythm to the retreat, with thoughtfully planned sessions and shared experiences, but nothing is expected of you. You are free to choose what you join and what you don’t. Some women take part in everything, others step back and take time for themselves. Both are equally respected.
All activities across the weekend are optional, and you will always be invited to honour what feels right for you in the moment. That said, we gently encourage you to participate as much as you can, as this is often where women get the deepest benefit, connection and transformation from the retreat.
On Friday evening after dinner, we begin with a welcoming shared circle and a sound bath meditation hosted by both Jane & Laura. Saturday starts with awakening gentle movement, followed by a midday activity such as a walk or around-the-table talk, and an evening session centred around spiritual curiosity. Sunday begins with wake-up movement, then offers a day to yourself with a creative midday activity, followed by evening around-the-fire chat and connection. On Monday morning, we close with empowering post-retreat movement to help you carry the experience home with you.
Many women arrive on their own, and that’s completely normal here. There’s no pressure to socialise or perform. Conversations happen naturally, and there’s an ease in being around like-minded women who simply understand, without needing explanations.
If you’re used to being the one who holds everything together, this is a space where you don’t have to. You’ll be supported in a quiet, respectful way, without expectation. Often, it’s in this shift — allowing yourself to be held rather than always holding — that something meaningful begins to change.
This retreat sits in the middle ground that many women are looking for. There is structure, so you feel supported and guided, but there is no pressure to follow it rigidly. There is space, but you are not left to figure things out alone. It’s a balanced environment where you can settle into your own pace.
You’ll have time to yourself. Time to walk, sit, rest, reflect, or simply do nothing at all. That space is not an afterthought here — it’s an essential part of the experience.
You don’t need to arrive with a clear intention or know exactly what you need. Often, it’s enough to recognise that something is asking for your attention, or that you simply need to pause. Clarity tends to come naturally when you give yourself the time and space for it.
Everything we offer is grounded and accessible. There’s no expectation to engage with anything that doesn’t feel right for you. The focus is on creating a calm, supportive environment that you can connect with in your own way.
Most women leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more settled in themselves. Not because they’ve worked harder, but because they’ve had the space to step back, breathe properly, and reconnect with what matters to them.
You'll stay in a beautiful, welcoming retreat house with spectacular views and thoughtfully designed spaces that help you soften the moment you arrive. There are 3 twin rooms and 1 shared superking room (perfect from 2 friends), along with 3 bathrooms, 3 sitting rooms and 2 kitchen areas — giving everyone plenty of room to rest, connect and feel at home throughout the weekend.

Meals are consciously chosen to nourish body and soul, offering comfort, goodness and care in every bite. Dietary requirements can be catered for; however, we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination for gluten.

Around the table, food becomes part of the retreat experience — a chance to slow down, connect and share meaningful moments together.
Every part of the weekend is designed to feel deeply supportive, and the shared mealtimes often become some of the most grounding and heart-opening moments of the retreat.
Only 8 places available. This intimate retreat fills quickly.
